Primarily, wine (also encompassing Champagne and Prosecco) is utilized to make this delicious blend, which is then paired and blended using distilled alcohol or any preferred mixer. In a wine cocktail, the quantities of the various alcoholic beverages are what set it apart from cocktails that use wine. What would be your opinion?
